The "other unhygenic acts" is most likley refering to females changing out their sanitary products during that time of the month.

I dont think it is a joke, stupid people who have sex on the mind just think it's implying masturbation by that last bit. It`s eally there as an all inclusive phrase for in case someone didn`t wash their hands and was fiired, the institution is legally protected because they posted an all-inclusive sign.

people seem to be taking these things too seriously. the sign is obviously a joke about the last thing on the sign "other unhygenic acts" it could be seen to imply that the emloyees need to be reminded that after having a wank they maybe ought to wash their hands.people need to lighten up and be juvenile. jeez.
