I recognize this guy and the picture was taken in may of 2003 or 2004 at cornerstone florida orlando florida fair grounds during Zao's set i do believe. That would have made me 20 or 21 at the time not 16 or 17 and this photo has been edited because in the original my testicals were hanging out the bottom of my shorts.
