GRadde, people do that in Wisconsin. When fall comes around, instead of freezing to death, homeless people break a window and get 3 meals and a blanket for the winter. |

That Austrian prizon actually raises a question I've though about for a while: if hobos think their life sucks, that they want someplace to live, act crazy and go berzerk in your nearest convenience store or mall ro something. ^^
In quite a few countries, the absolute bare minimum lifestyle on the streets is way below that of prisons. |

i knew florence would be on here. man that town is creepy. its like, exclusively a prison town and there is NOTHING to do there. i feel bad for the kids and teens who live there. |

Actually, since it formed there was a single document stating it's existence, but they call it the Nellis Range Complex. They do deny what some people believe happens there. But last year they released some more information on it. |

Of course Alcatraz says nobody escaped, but it happened. Just like the government still denies that Area 51 exists, although it's obviously there to anyone with eyes. |

The prison where you have to pay sounds like a really good idea actually. It might get inmates used to living more 'normal' lives, so they might be less likely to reoffend once they get out. Cool. |

theres a tiny prison in a village near me (Alton). If it was still in use, it'd have the record from the one in Guernsey. But its so small, you could probably standing jump from one side to the other! (its a circular prison) |
