Yall are crazy to say it takes 1/100th the talent to make hip hop. Mc's real underground MC's are like really educated people that can convey meaning through rhym, can you freestyle , write something meaningful and impactful? I play guitar what do you do? Music is art and as such must be appreciated individually not against anything else because its apples and oranges. Don't be ignorant hip hop is not ignorant, "the hood is not stupid", radio music in genera is a product not art |

I agree wholeheartedly with Patchouly and gortrok. How people consider hip hop "music" is beyond me. But hey, If this kid ends up making people everywhere hate hip hop, then I'll be satisfied. |

Patchouly's got it right, it's the same crap as always, just the guy's voice is REALLY ANNOYING and the video is utter sh*te.It takes 1/100th of the skill to create music on the computer as it does to actually use an instrument, and the "singing" is just pathetic drivel about how much money they have and how many girls they scored with. I fear for the world if these are supposed to be role models for kids -.- |

Sounds the same as any of the other hiphop and rap I've heard. Eventually, you rap guys will grow up, be embarrassed by your poor choices in listening entertainment (notice I don't use the word music) and start listening to and creating good music.To the rest of your generation that are creating new and good music everyday...as you were. |

Hip Hop in North America isn't mostly poo, just because of the crap you hear on the radio isn't any good doesn't mean all of North America sucks, Canada and the US both have incredible underground scenes for hip hop, do some research before you go making bold comments. |

hip hop today in North America is mostly sh**. Aussie Hip Hop is where its at. look up Hilltop Hoods, Pegz, Funkoars, Bliss n Eso, Terra Firma, Vents One and almost anyone else, and you can find better crops of artists then you ever could here. |

yall saying hip hop needs to die, man you need to expand your horizons. leave the 50 cent, jay z, usher, three 6 mafia alone and check these guys out:immortal technique, sabac, jedi mind tricks, non phixion then make an imformed opinion, not all hip hop is on the radio not all hip hop is ignorant. this coming from a guy who loves rock/hardcore/indie played in bands loves rock music. dont push hip hop away because some of it is the best political music out there |
