You can clearly see the tips of the bullets in two of the cylinders, in one of them you can even tell it's a semi-wadcutter -- the type of round you would expect to find in a competition target pistol.

this is from the island of phuket it is some ceremoney where a priest first gives you some morphine then pierces their check with a needle. the person then enlarges the hole themselves and it is common to stick a symbol of their occupation in the hole so this person must be a gunsmith im serious look it up |

Second off, revolvers don't have safeties because they're inherently 'safe'. A single-action needs the hammer to be pulled back before it can be fired, and a double-action takes a hell of a lot more effort than most weapons to pull the trigger. tl;dr The guy is dumb but not necessarily about to kill himself.
