Service is not the thing we swedes are best at. The customer isn't the king. He isn't always right. But even against that background, their so god damn awful.They're so bad, I'd rather live with a wonky internet then call them. Which is what I did. For 4 months. |

I have Com Hem. They drating Suck. They suck so bad, they've invented a whole new level of suck. I mean, yes, prices seem good compared to the US (I get 50/10 for about 57 USD per month), but they are high compared to Fiber, for instance (42-ish USD for 100/100). And if you have com hem, you generally can't get fiber, due to them having bound your entire drating apartment building in a multi year contract. Ours end in 2012, and no point in even discussing fiber until then. Now, why do they suck? Well, I have their best broadband service. Does this mean that everything works as it should? No. It means I pay more for an internet that goes down several times per day. It's only down for like a minute each time, but it's still bloody annoying. And then you have to call the customer service. It really is the worst customer service in Sweden. The people on the other side of the phone (when they finally answer) are rude, stupid, slow and idiotic. To put this into context: |
